Returns Policy:
Due to the artisan nature of products on afrotise.com, we do not accept returns for products which have been used or opened. We ensure all items are dispatched with the highest standard of quality & care. However, if your purchase is unused or arrives damaged, please send images to contact@afrotise.com within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
In some instances you may be required to return an item for further inspection. We advise customers to return items using a tracked and reliable service. Afrotise will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit, any compensation must be recovered from the courier service used.
Once your returned item(s) have been reviewed, our finance department will process a refund to the bank account or credit card used when making the order. This can take up to an additional 2-5 working days depending on your bank.
