To create Khoisan Seaweed Salt, spice artisans combine coriander seed, black peppercorns, thyme, mustard seed, bay leaf, garlic, onion, seaweed, oregano, cornflowers and chili. This extraordinary savoury salt can be used in place of salt on the table or to bring the natural flavour enhancement of seaweed to meat, fish, salads, vegetables, rice, pasta, couscous, bulgar wheat, sauces, dressings, soups, stews, casseroles and eggs.
